Axil Capital Advisors K.K. announces the appointment of Mr. Yasuto Hamanishi, former Deputy President & Executive Officer Mizuho Securities Co Ltd, as its Executive Advisor as of November 1, 2022. Mr. Hamanishi has also served as the Global Head of Mizuho Securities’ Global Investment Banking Division, Head of IPO Operations, and as a board member of Mizuho Securities USA.  He has deep experience and insight into the domestic and international investment banking business dealing with global financial institutions, where he has also cultivated a wide network of corporate clientele ranging from large caps to startups.  We expect Mr. Hamanishi to leverage his knowledge and expertise to provide us with valuable advice to contribute to the business development efforts of Axil Capital Advisors K.K..
